Proportionality GCSE Maths Topics for 9-1 Course

In the new GCSE Maths 9-1 course these types of questions come up quite regularly and it is essential that students practice many questions in the lead up to the exams.

Direct and inverse proportion requires a few fundamental algebra skills in order to successfully answer the questions. These skills include being able to confidently rearrange equations as well as use algebraic substation. Students will also have to be able to apply BIDMAS when performing the final calculations.
