Functional Skills Maths Level 2 Exam

As well as helping students to pass their exams, we also offer assistance with booking the final exam. The Functional Skills Maths Level 2 Exam is the equivalent of a grade C/4 in Maths. For many, having these grades are critical for gaining access to a university course or other course routes.
The Functional Skills Maths Level 2 Exam is very convenient as it will be online, meaning that you can take it from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a computer/laptop, internet, webcam, and microphone! There is also the option to resit the Maths exam if you fail the first time, so no need to worry if you don’t get it right.
The Maths Level 2 Exam itself is split up into 2 sections, the non-calculator (30 minutes long), and the calculator (1 hour 30 minutes long) paper. As shown in how long you are given for each section, the calculator part is worth more marks. While you don’t have to do well in both sections, it will obviously help if you try your hardest and use the time given effectively to get the best mark possible.
The content of the Functional Skills Maths Level 2 Exam paper itself varies from paper to paper. There will be 4 main topics:
Numbers
Common measures
Shapes and space
Handling information and numbers

Offer Functional Skills Maths Level 2 Exams. However you will have to book through a registered exam centre, which can be done easily and quickly online. While most exam centres will only be affiliated with 1 exam board, the centre that we here at Harrogate Tutors recommends offers 3 exam boards. Which will give students a lot more choice! Important when each exam board has their own pros and cons, including the speed of booking an exam, and the speed of receiving results. As well as the ease of setting up for the exam and the exam date availability. By having 3 boards to pick from, it enables students to select the one that will best suit their circumstances.
